On arrival the check in staff member Caroline was smiley, efficient, knowledgable, great smile and courteous. Good location, car park opposite, dog friendly, clean and comfortable. Breakfast good value and good choice.

In the centre of St Quentin, opposite the cathedral. Car park opposite the hotel was cheap to stay in overnight (€2) and safe. The staff were very polite, professional and attentive. They were all lovely. We arrived in the early hours, the night staff person was great, thank you. Breakfast had lots of choice and was good quality. Great place to stay for a fascinating town.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. We made last minute booking due to a mistake in another hotel booking, and we were very well received. Great help with much luggage and public parking info. Our small dog was made very welcome. Location excellent being close to main square with many restaurants etc.

I've stayed at many Ibis hotels before, but this one was spotlessly clean. The staff were very professional and welcoming and they seem to take a real pride in making a basic hotel perfect. In fact, despite being an "economy" hotel, they put many expensive hotels to shame. The breakfast was excellent, very fresh with a wide choice. Really good fruit juice, great coffee and helpful staff who were really trying hard to get things right. The beds were also comfortable, with good quality bed linen and really nice pillows.

Opposite the Basilica/cathedral. Good free parking opposite. Short stagger to/from Golden pub and town square. We loved the record player and old LPs. Good buffet breakfast. They even let us leave a suitcase for a week in their dedicated room. Part of the ibis franchise, but owned independently says a window sticker. Friendly and multilingual staff.

Very straight forward check in. Parking at the underground car park at bit complicated.... but excellent location. Not the sort of town you would go on a holiday to for 2-3 days but excellent stop off after the ferry or out of Calais

Well located in the center, opposite the Basilica. Very large, comfortable room, great breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance of bars and restaurants in the center.

Great location at the opposite side from the cathedral. Themain squair is close by, where we could find many restaurants and shops. The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is simple but nice.
