I've stayed at many Ibis hotels before, but this one was spotlessly clean. The staff were very professional and welcoming and they seem to take a real pride in making a basic hotel perfect. In fact, despite being an "economy" hotel, they put many expensive hotels to shame. The breakfast was excellent, very fresh with a wide choice. Really good fruit juice, great coffee and helpful staff who were really trying hard to get things right. The beds were also comfortable, with good quality bed linen and really nice pillows.

We arrived with a problem with our car as it wouldn't lock. The manager arranged for us to have the car stored at the Ibis Budget which has secure parking. Fortunately, we sorted the problem so were able to use the free municipal parking opposite. We had arrived late but the manager called a nearby restaurant, Chez Jean, and they provided an excellent meal at a modest price,

In the centre of St Quentin, opposite the cathedral. Car park opposite the hotel was cheap to stay in overnight (€2) and safe. The staff were very polite, professional and attentive. They were all lovely. We arrived in the early hours, the night staff person was great, thank you. Breakfast had lots of choice and was good quality. Great place to stay for a fascinating town.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. We made last minute booking due to a mistake in another hotel booking, and we were very well received. Great help with much luggage and public parking info. Our small dog was made very welcome. Location excellent being close to main square with many restaurants etc.
